Ezra ticktock Ezra Pound was born in Hailey, Idaho, in 1885. He went to the University of pappa for two geezerhood and then continued to modernize a degree in 1905 from Hamilton College. He taught for a fewer years at a college and traveled abroad in europium as well. His biggest love was writing, however, and wrote numerous poetrys and other pieces in his lifetime. The poem is very short and simple, clean like the poems of William Carlos Williams. The poem barely says: The apparition of these faces in the throng; Petals on a wet, sinister bough. Ezra Pound keeps everything short and to the point, divergence everyt hing else to the imagination of the reader. The first phrase just concocts that he saw the vision of these people in the crowd.

He could study been coming out of a subway, strait into a subway, breathing out down the stairs and into the station, or by chance just sit down watching the people going by. Whatever the fact was, he suddenly saw any these faces in a crown, and it affected him in such a way that he had to write a poem to the highest degree it. The second phrase is pertaining to the first, because to me his is saying that these faces in the crowd reminded him of petals on a wet, black bough, or branch.
